Mr. Chemngorem has more than 20 years of combined public accounting and corporate experience in a global business environment, including 10 years in management positions. He has been extensively involved in complex and diverse matters relating to the financial and accounting activities of both privately and publicly held organizations across a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, SaaS, technology, life sciences and renewable energy. His previous responsibilities have been broad and have included: supporting business strategy development and execution; M&A transaction support during buying and selling of businesses; proactively led performance management; financial stewardship and reporting; improved internal controls; building and scaling accounting operations; enhancing IPO readiness; and working to manage an organization through accelerated business growth.
Throughout his professional career, Patrick has held advisory positions across various Big4 firms, large corporates, and rapidly growing companies.
